We offer 3 types of programme:
Fasting based on fruit juices and herbal teas, supplemented by daily sporting activity. Revive your digestive system for lasting serenity. The aim is to find a balance of physical activities and a healthy diet to form new habits which will act act positively on your long term well-being.
Food detoxification treatment to reach an ideal level of relaxation. Cooking lessons using organic, local and seasonal foods will be offered so that you can leave with new eating habits.
To relax for a single day, we suggest a discovery day where you are offered breakfast in the "villa" style before continuing with all the sports activities on offer and then a healthy lunch. You will follow on with a massage and have plenty of time to test all of our facilities, from the gym to yoga classes, while enjoying quiet time in the library by the fireplace as well.
